Payment Information

Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch or Solo cards. Charges will appear on your statement as “HOZELOCK LTD”.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of a change in VAT rates. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur and you would like to cancel your order we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a refund by contacting our Consumer Services Department.

Delivery Information

Most items will be delivered using Royal Mail or Parcelforce but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via special delivery or private courier.

All items are sent first class, so you should receive them within 3 to 7 working days (not incl. bank holidays) from the date of order. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email or telephone.  If you have not received your goods within 7 working days from the date of the order, then please contact Hozelock Consumer Services on 0121 313 1122. Cancellations and Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order and return your goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return the product in a re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc.) with the invoice to:

If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply changed your mind, please return it in a re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc.) within 14 days of receipt and a full refund will be given. Please note, you must not write anything on the item, its packaging or instructions.

Goods returned because they are faulty, defective or if we have supplied the wrong part must be returned in the condition you received them.

Please make sure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

Provided that you return your item(s) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions we will offer a full refund or exchange the item(s) if applicable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are made using the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Hozelock products purchased at a retailer’s store or website must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual retailer’s store or website for their returns policy.
