Guarantees – at Hozelock we value the Guarantee we offer on our products. Every product is crafted to work time after time.
If your Hozelock or Hozelock Cyprio product is used in the way it’s intended and it breaks down within the guarantee period, please follow the Guarantee Claims Checklist.
If you are in a hurry and the fault occurs during the first 12 months, provided you have the proof of purchase, the retailer will manage your claim.
After 12 months and within the product’s Guarantee period just fill out the form below. Please ensure your keep hold of your proof of purchase and we will be back in contact within 5-10 working days.
Orders – If you are chasing an order, please note that your order will take between 3 to 10 working days to get to you.
