Please note that the wall bracket for the 30m reel (2590) is different to the new style 30m Auto Reel (2403). Your model number can be found under the carrying handle of the unit. If you are unsure, please contact Customers Services at 01213131122 or via email support@hozelock.zendesk.com Due to Health and Safety reasons, the Auto Reels should not be opened, therefore we do not supply any internal spare parts.
