All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of a change in VAT rates. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur and you would like to cancel your order we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a refund by contacting our Customer Services Department.
Most items will be delivered using Royal Mail or DHL but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via special delivery or private courier.

All items are sent first class, so you should receive them within in two working days (not inc bank holidays) from the date of order. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days from the date of the order, then please contact Hozelock Customer Services on 0121 313 1122.
Orders must be cancelled by telephone before 10.30am the next working day. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by telephone on 0121 313 1122, for a full refund. Please DO NOT email as this may not be read in time to prevent despatch of your items. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy..
You have the right to cancel your order and return your goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return the product unopened and perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc) with the invoice to:
If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply changed your mind, please return it in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc). You must not write anything on the item, its packaging or instructions. Please note that the costs of returning your item(s) must be paid by you and outgoing carriage will not be refunded.
Goods returned because they are faulty, defective or if we have supplied the wrong part must be returned in the condition you received them. We will supply a pre-paid return label to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Please make sure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
Provided that you return your item(s) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions we will refund what you’ve paid for the item(s) or replace or exchange the item(s) if applicable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are made using the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
